Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are licensed and certified. Additionally, Field Drone Services LLC carries professional drone liability insurance for every flight to ensure total peace of mind for our clients.
Do I need to check if it's legal to fly at my location?
No, We handle that for you. Part of our service includes a pre-flight airspace sweep. We check FAA classifications and secure any necessary LAANC authorizations or waivers. If a location is in a permanent "No-Fly Zone" where access is impossible, we will let you know immediately.
Do I need to be present during the flight?
Not at all. As long as we have access to the site and a clear understanding of the shots you need, we can complete the mission independently. However, you are always welcome to join us on-site if you’d like to see the live feed!

Are you licensed and insured?
Safety is the priority. Field Drone Services LLC monitors the forecast for high winds (usually 20+ mph), rain, and low visibility. If conditions are unsafe or would result in poor image quality, we will contact you to reschedule at the earliest available window at no extra charge.
How long does it take to get my photos or videos?
For standard real estate or site photos, we deliver the edited files within 24 hours. For larger video projects or mapping, we’ll provide a custom timeline during our consultation.
How do I receive the files?
We deliver all high-resolution media via a secure, encrypted cloud link. You can download your assets directly to your computer or phone from there.
What are your payment terms?
We typically invoice upon completion of the flight. Once the invoice is paid, the final high-resolution, un-watermarked media is released for your use.
